Half the lies they tell about me aren’t true.

The dream of being in the sports media started when I was young. There isn't one particular moment that I knew this is what I wanted to do. I am pretty sure my thought process went, astronaut, fireman and then work in sports.

TDSports got started my sophomore year at Miami University's student radio station, WMSR. I have to admit that first year running a show by my self was rough. Things really didn't click for me until I interned at WSCR 670 The Score in Chicago. There I saw everything I was doing was crap and if I wanted to be serious about this career path things needed to change.

My senior year I was able to put together some quality shows (according to me). Thursday nights became my favorite night of the week as I had an hour to make radio happen.

Before I graduated I wanted to create something so I could continue doing what I love, particularly talking about sports. ThomasCDelves.Com was created and it has been a great outlet for me to post my work and other accomplishments.

I thank the support system I have had around me to be able to take steps forward in my career. From working as a hotel greeter to General Manager of a baseball team to moving to Virginia, my parents, brother and friends have been with me every step of the way.

Thank you for reading an supporting the site. Someday you will be able to say you listened to TDSports on WMSR radio. Thank you. Enjoy:
